Shipping Policy

1. General Shipping Information
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on our eCommerce print-on-demand platform, operating out of Mumbai, India. We currently deliver only to select locations within India and do not offer international shipping. Orders are fulfilled either by our drop-shipping partner or our print-on-demand manufacturer, depending on the product purchased.

2. Shipping Options and Delivery Timeframes
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Quick Delivery: Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, shipping carrier issues, or other logistical challenges.

3. Shipping Charges
Below are the standard shipping charges applicable based on the order value:

Please note that the shipping charges are subject to changes from time to time depending on the estimates provided by our shipping and logistics partner/s. 

4. Free Shipping Eligibility
We offer free shipping in the following cases:

  • Promotional orders where free shipping is explicitly mentioned.
  • Orders with a total value of Rs. 1,000 or above.
  • One exchange request per order, as per our Exchange-Cum-Refund Policy.

For all other orders, standard shipping charges will apply, as detailed above.

5. Shipping Restrictions
We strive to deliver our products to as many locations as possible; however, we have some shipping restrictions:

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • We do not ship to addresses that are deemed undeliverable by our shipping partners.
  • In cases where an order cannot be delivered due to such restrictions, we will notify the customer and initiate a refund as per our refund policy.

6. Shipping Delays and Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, courier issues, or government regulations.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Customers are advised to track their shipments using the tracking details provided.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping charges.

7. Order Tracking and Updates
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
