Exchange/Refund policy
We have a 10-day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at support@kayakart.in. Exchanges are permitted only of size alteration for the design purchased. Change of product or category is not permitted during exchange and any change if available may attract additional shipping charges.
Please note that exchange will be permitted only once free of cost and all subsequent exchanges would attract shipping charges applicable at the time of purchase or as per the prevalent prices at the time of exchange.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an exchange shipping confirmation and communication with indicative date of exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom print-on-demand products (such as special orders, customized or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Refunds are permitted only under extraneous circumstances if we are unable to exchange your product due to non-availability of the same or defect in our inventory. We will notify you if we are unable to exchange or replace your defective delivery, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt of the exchange/defective product.
